Team leadership
As Creative Director of a multidisciplinary design studio, leadership and team development were key to ensuring the ongoing success of the business.
My leadership experience includes:

- Workshop facilitation
- Team development & mentorship
- Recruitment & reviews.
Education & training
I have taught design trainees and developed student workshops in filmmaking.
I also deliver design workshops and lectures to university students.
In my role as Creative Director at Blueboat I worked with schools from around Australia to define their culture and positioning. Out of this work, I developed a framework for building engagement throughout the educational journey.
Visual design
I have developed my design skills over the last twelve years in design studios, community cultural development projects and advertising.
As a designer, my strengths are in:
- Design direction & creative vision
- Brand design & identity systems
- Publication design
- Interface design
- Typography & lettering
- Film & photography art direction.
Strategy
Working collaboratively with clients, I develop strategy to set the direction of a project, campaign or brand, including:

- Film treatment & scriptwriting.
